FACADE DESIGN
PROJECT CONCEPT
The facade design employs a rectilinear massing with pronounced vertical fins in teak-toned composite wood, creating a strong rhythm and anchoring the elevation. A central stone-clad core punctuated by a narrow slit window ensures both visual symmetry and passive daylighting. The use of exposed natural materials textured stone, smooth white plaster, and warm wood finishes—establishes a refined material palette. The clean horizontal bands of the parapet and balcony slab are counterbalanced by the vertical elements, ensuring a harmonious proportion and scale. Strategic planting softens the built form while enhancing the urban frontage.
